Nourish Bowls


Lately I’ve noticed how much more energy I have when I’m making more of a conscious effort to eat healthy meals, therefore a ‘Nourish Bowl’ is a great one stop shop!

Theres no real right or wrong to making it, thats why I haven’t written an actual recipe, but I do have some good examples of ingredients to make nourish bowls.

  • Roasted vegetables - sweet potato, cauliflower, pumpkin, carrots, brussels, mushrooms

  • Avocado

  • hummus

  • brown rice/ black rice/ quinoa

  • legumes - Chickpeas, lentils, beans

  • toasted nuts & seeds - almonds, cashews, pepita, sesame, hemp, sunflower

  • greens - spinach, lettuce, sprouts, kale

  • fermented veggies - kraut

  • eggs - poached, fried, boiled

  • steamed greens - broccolini, green beans, snow peas
